Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders are expected to arrive approximately 5–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may vary depending on the product, destination, courier, customs procedures and circumstances outside our control.

Our Fulfilment Partners

Velora Finds works with a network of third-party fulfilment partners and suppliers. Products may therefore be dispatched directly from one of our fulfilment partners and may originate from locations outside the United Kingdom.

If you purchase multiple products, they may be fulfilled by different suppliers. This means items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is currently free unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Any applicable delivery charges will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided where available. Please allow some time after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

Delays

Occasionally, orders may experience delays due to courier disruption, customs processing, high demand or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will endeavour to keep you informed.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number so that we can investigate with the relevant fulfilment partner or courier.

Customs and Import Charges

Products may be dispatched internationally. Where customs duties, import taxes or other charges could apply, these will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the information provided to you at checkout.
